General Conditions of the Swiss Ski School les crosets-champoussin

Registration to ESS Les Crosets-Champoussin services implies the acceptance of the present conditions.

1. Intervenants

All ESS Les Crosets-Champoussin instructors have been trained and are authorized to teach skiing or other related disciplines.

2. Prices

The ESS Les Crosets-Champoussin rates are displayed in our offices, on our website, on the booking confirmations and on the various communication documents of the ski school. The prices indicated include the teaching service provided by the ESS Les Crosets-Champoussin instructors and exclude all other services (insurance, lift passes, equipment, transport and meals unless otherwise mentioned).

3. Payment

Lessons are paid at the time of booking. You have the possibility to make the payment through the different means listed below

5. Cancellation or interruption due to the client

Any reservation can be cancelled or modified at the latest 7 days before the beginning of the course. In case of cancellation, the amount will be kept in account in order to postpone them to the next season or in case of refund, 10% will be retained from the total amount of the courses.

After this period and up to 48 hours before the beginning of the course, the amount will be kept in account also or in case of refund 15% will be retained from the total amount of the courses.

From 48 hours before the beginning of the course, 100% of the amount is due.

It is recommended to take out a cancellation insurance available when purchasing ski passes.

6. Responsibility

The ESS Les Crosets-Champoussin declines all responsibility in case of accident, each participant must have his/her own accident insurance.

7. Image rights

The client authorizes ESS Les Crosets-Champoussin to publish, exhibit or distribute the photograph(s) and video(s) taken during the course.
This authorization is valid for any use (publications, website…).
If you do not wish to give your permission, please let us know.

8. Conflicts

The parties will endeavour to resolve amicably any difficulties that may arise in the execution of the contract. If an amicable agreement cannot be reached, only Swiss law shall apply.
