The Swiss Ski and Snowboard School of Crosets and Champoussin invites you to discover the different facets of the Portes du Soleil area with an instructor.

Take a half day or a full day to take advantage of this wonderful relaxing outing and enjoy a good meal in one of the restaurants on the slopes or in the various stations.

Alone, with friends or family, take advantage of this wonderful relaxing outing as well as the multitude of good restaurants around, whether in Avoriaz, Champéry or elsewhere.

Examples of itineraries

World Cup slope via Chavanette: this loop will allow you to admire the unique architecture of the Avoriaz resort, set off on the legendary downhill track of the World Cup and relive the sensations of the champions of yesteryear.

Morgins via La Défago: this route begins with the famous Défago track from our Olympic champion Didier Défago and continues through the magnificent Vallon de They forest to the authentic village of Morgins.

Champéry via Lapisa: this route allows us to feel the calm of unspoiled nature, taste the excellent coffee on the famous Clavets terrace and finish with a passage under the imposing “White Teeth”.

Les Gets via Chamossière: crossing of the Portes du Soleil area towards Les Gets station with a stop at Pointe de Chamossière (breathtaking view of Mont-Blanc). Average level required and adaptations for experts.

Mont Chéry  via Les Gets: crossing of the Portes du Soleil area towards Les Gets station, crossing of the village with coffee break before going up on Mont Chéry which will offer you an incredible view of the Roc d’Enfer and also the Mont- White. Average level required and adaptation for experts.

Linguat – Châtel – Morgin loop: this loop will allow you to ski a full day without ever going back to the same ski lift. While varying from valley to valley, you can discover different landscapes beyond the border. Average level required and adaptation for experts.

Torgon via Linguat or Morgins: this loop will let you discover another facet of the Portes du Soleil with these limestone rocks specific to this region which are overlooked by the Cornettes de Bise. You will also have a majestic view of Lake Geneva and the Rhone Valley.

Gastronomic outing: the pleasure of the senses through a gastronomic day ski-in ski-out. We  select the best table that will make your mouth water.

The Portes du Soleil

The Portes du Soleil is one of the largest international ski areas.

Straddling Switzerland and France, the area offers 13 ski resorts, 650 km of marked trails and 197 ski lift facilities, located at an altitude ranging from 900 to 2’254 meters and distributed between the Val d’Abondance, the Val d’Aulps, the Val d’Illiez and the Val de Morgins.

Ideal destination for your winter holidays, the Valais and Savoie Alps offer many activities, places of relaxation and gastronomic discoveries.
